We Care About Every Employee
When employees encounter difficulties, eSUN provides strong support. In recent years, a family member of one of our employees suffered from serious illness and unexpected death, leaving only the father and son to rely on each other. Upon learning of this situation, eSUN immediately took action and organized a donation drive to provide the necessary financial support for this employee. Additionally, employees within eSUN spontaneously organized donations, showing their care and support through concrete actions. We hope that the deep friendship and mutual assistance from eSUN and the team can help this employee overcome the difficulties and rebuild confidence in life.

We Respect Every Employee's Ideas
We always respect every employee's ideas and are committed to providing channels for them to express their opinions and suggestions. To better listen to employees' voices, we have set up suggestion boxes in public places (such as the cafeteria), encouraging employees to anonymously submit their opinions and suggestions. Through this method, we hope to collect more valuable feedback to help us continuously improve and enhance eSUN's management and service levels.
In addition, we are establishing a more comprehensive employee feedback channel to ensure that every employee's voice can be heard and valued. Whether it is suggestions for the work environment or opinions on eSUN's development, we welcome employees to actively participate and contribute their wisdom and strength to eSUN's progress and development.
