eSUN Bio Material Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shenzhen Esun Industrial Co., Ltd., specializing in the development of disposable biodegradable products, such as PLA-coated paper and paper cups (bowls), biodegradable straws, knives, forks, spoons, and film bag products.

eSUN's biodegradable food serviceware and packaging applications can be mainly divided into three categories: coated paper products, bioplastic products, and bagasse products.

Certification

eSUN's polylactic acid (PLA) coated paper is processed and produced using pure PLA raw materials, featuring 100% bio-based content with no other additives. This product has successively obtained certifications including FDA certification, European DIN degradable certification, US BPI certification, Australian ABA biodegradable certification, and food-grade certification. It complies with ROHS, REACH, PAHS, and food-grade environmental testing standards.

eSUN's biodegradable blown film materials, injection molding materials, sheet materials, and straw materials can be widely used in the production of disposable biodegradable tableware and packaging bags.

Bagasse products

Disposable degradable plant fiber tableware is made from pure natural plants (bamboo, sugarcane residue) and pollution-free spring water as raw materials. It is molded from pulp, offering environmental benefits, attractive design, heat resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, non-toxicity, and odorlessness.
