Basic Training

Talent development is crucial for the long-term growth of an enterprise. Here are some methods and measures to help eSUN effectively train employees and make them the backbone of the organization:
Orientation Training: When new employees join, provide training on company introduction, departmental responsibilities, and regulations according to the "Training Management Measures." This helps them quickly adapt to the work environment and their roles.
On-the-Job Training: Conduct professional skills and business knowledge training based on job requirements. Continuous on-the-job training helps employees constantly improve their abilities and adapt to changes.
Team Building: Enhance employees' teamwork and communication skills through team activities. Team building helps create a positive work atmosphere and a culture of mutual support.
Personalized Courses: eSUN has purchased personalized courses on the Moxueyuan Enterprise Training Cloud for employees. Employees can learn knowledge related to various positions and industries based on their interests and needs, thereby improving professional skills, broadening horizons, and understanding the latest industry trends and developments.
Diverse Skills Training: Focus on cultivating employees with specialized and versatile skills to meet the needs of enterprise transformation and specialized management. There are internal transfer channels based on employees' strengths and preferences.
Organizational Warmth: In addition to material incentives, care about employees' individual needs. Participate in external training based on the actual needs of each department to enhance job skills.

External Exchange and Learning

To enhance employees' management skills and production capabilities, eSUN actively conducts external exchange and learning activities, providing opportunities for employees to study in Vietnam on a rolling basis.
Learning: We have established a production base in Vietnam, adopting traditional Western management models. Employees can go to Vietnam to learn and draw on Western management methods. This not only broadens their horizons but also improves their management skills.
Sharing: At the Vietnam factory, we also actively share excellent domestic production methods and management experiences, promoting exchange and cooperation between employees in both locations. Through this two-way learning and sharing, we hope to achieve complementary and enhanced management concepts and production techniques.
Valuing Talent: The company places great importance on talent development, having sent 12 batches of employees to Vietnam to learn advanced management methods and production techniques. At the same time, we have invited outstanding foreign employees to come to China to share their production and management experiences. This cross-border exchange and cooperation not only enhance employees' professional skills but also inject new vitality into eSUN's development.
