Biodegradable Reinforcement Agent for Pulp Molding ESUN PM30
Coated Grade PLA
The biodegradable reinforcement agent for pulp molding is a biobased, green, high-molecular-weight product. It boasts stable quality, easy usage, good dispersibility in water, and presents as a powdered substance.
Usage, Dosage, and Services:
1. The recommended addition ratio of this material is approximately 10%, which can be added continuously or intermittently. It is essential to ensure thorough and uniform mixing with the pulp.
2. If the mixing capacity of the production system is insufficient, consider adding it at an earlier stage of the process to incorporate it into the pulp system.
3. The dosage should be adjusted based on actual circumstances during use. If technical issues arise, please feel free to contact our technical personnel for assistance.
-
Significant Reinforcement Effect: This product can quickly bond with pulp fibers, especially fine fibers, during the drying and storage of pulp molding products. It undergoes a thermosetting reaction, forming strong chemical bonds. As a result, it greatly reduces shedding and dusting of pulp molding products, while enhancing their hardness, stiffness, and surface strength. It can reduce the amount of pulp used for the same strength. -
Strong Adaptability: This product can function effectively within a wide range of papermaking conditions, with minimal sensitivity to the papermaking environment. -
Safe and Environmentally Friendly: This product is a new application in the pulp molding industry and complies with the environmental safety requirements of the EU RoHS.
