Biodegradable Temporary Plugging Agent
Coated Grade PLA
Application principle
1. Fracturing process
①Temporary plugging and diversion fracturing technology is an important and efficient development technology of unconventional oil and gas reservoir resources, that is, using temporary plugging agent to produce effective temporary plugging of fractures, and then conducting diversion fracturing to produce one or more new fractures, so as to expand the fractures and finally form a new fracture network. The product is injected into the well with other treatment agents to temporarily plug high-permeability areas and ensure uniform injection of fracturing fluid, which gradually degrades to carbon dioxide and water over several hours.

②Eplus fiber can Proppant suspension optimizes proppant placement, make the propant deliver the propand deeper and farther, at the same ,it will decrease the consumption of guar gum.The fiber will finally degrade into carbon dioxide and water. In this case, it cannot only enhance the oil recovery, but also so good to the reservoir.
2. Drilling process
In the process of drilling, the EPLUG temporary plugging agent will be added together into the drilling fluid, plugging agent will bolck the hole or cracks Prevent drilling fluid from leaking into the formation and causing heavy losses, prevent oil and gas well collapse, prevent toxic gas leakage.Once the well completion is done, the EPLUG will be degraded into carbon dioxide and water. Oil/gas will flow out of the hole, it will enhance the oil recovery.
-
Bio-based, environmentally friendly, no harm to reservoir and drill -
It can be degraded into carbon dioxide and water to ensure that the fracturing crack is not blocked. -
Temporary plugging can change the direction of fracturing and add new fractures. -
Increase oil recovery -
The fiber has a unique ability to evenly suspend sand
