Netherlands Consul General and Chair of ChemistryNL Visit eSUN
On April 15th, Mr.Efstathios Andreou, Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Guangzhou, and Ms. Jacqueline Vaessen, Chair of the Top Team at ChemistryNL, led a delegation to visit Shenzhen eSUN Industrial Co., Ltd. (brand "eSUN").
Mr. Kevin Yang, Chairman of Shenzhen eSUN Industrial Co., Ltd., warmly welcomed the delegation and provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s latest achievements in the synthesis, modification, application, and recycling of biomaterials. The delegation also had the opportunity to explore eSUN’s innovative products and technologies in the field of bioplastics.
During the visit, both parties held in-depth discussions on the current landscape, opportunities, and challenges facing the general plastics and bioplastics industries in both China and the Netherlands. The exchange also included a comparative analysis of industrial support systems, R&D capabilities, and market dynamics in the two countries. Furthermore, the two sides explored potential avenues for future cooperation, including joint research projects, trade partnerships, and technology transfer opportunities.
