The ash content of PLA-Cast is as low as 0.003% after burning under the high temperatures of casting, nearly reaching the “ash-free” level. This extremely low ash means minimal residue remains during casting, significantly reducing defects such as slag inclusions and pores when molten metal is poured into the mold, making it highly suitable for precision casting.
