Het thermoplastische materiaal dat eSUN produceert, is speciaal ontwikkeld voor hoge stijfheid en grotere spalktoepassingen. Het bestaat onder andere uit spalkmaterialen voor fysieke revalidatie, immobilisatiesystemen voor patiënten in de radiotherapie, thermoplasten voor ortheses en prothesekokers, die stevige ondersteuning bieden zonder afbladderen of scheuren na langdurig dragen.
